Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer SPF 15

I've gotten the 2.5 oz (75 ml) which is the smallest size of the Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer and been using it for approximately 1 and a half month now. It is a day-time moisturizer and the great thing about this product is that it also comes with or without an SPF 15.

It is really for all skin types and also for people who want to restore moisture to their skin or need superb moisturization. It also helps to soften and condition without leaving residue of oiliness on skin. This product uses Squalane-based, which is a restorative botanical oil that helps keep the skin healthy, extra soft and supple.

How to Turn something Unhealthy into a Healthy Meal

Let's face this! We're human and we do get lazy sometimes, especially when it comes to time-consuming in cooking that we tend to go for the fastest and most convenient option. With my tight schedule, I know that I do not have tons of time to prepare a nice cozy lunch. This is me... I generally skip breakfast, eat a big lunch, and then a small portion of dinner. I want something filling, not too fattening and still healthy, but at the same time quick and easy!

Ramen is my top choice! Now, I know that every dietician would probably disagree with me on this point. But, eating healthy or not sometimes isn't about "what" you eat, rather it's about "how" you eat it! It depends on how well you can balance yourself, the portion and what you chose to eat. For instance, you're craving for that velvety super delicious slice of cheesecake and you want to eat it every week; but at the same time, you don't wanna gain weight. Well then, it depends on how well you can "control" yourself. Yes... You can have that slice of cheesecake, every week! But, you have to make sure that throughout the week you're gonna intake a lot of carbs, trans fats, and cholesterol. And, you have to make sure that you'd only eat one - two slice per week, again depends on how well you can balance other diet to satisfy your crave.

Easy Ways to Manage Oily Skin

How to tell if you have oily skin?  "Oily skin is shiny and greasy to the touch, especially in the T-zone - the forehead, nose and chin" says celebrity aesthetician Kate Somerville. You'll see enlarged pores, an orange peel-like texture and frequent breakouts.

1. The Right Cleanser

Many people tends to think that washing your face many times and using acne-prone products make skin produces more oil. But according to Dr. Jessica Wu, MD, clinical assistant professor of dermatology at the USC Medical School, "your oil glands will produce the same amount of oil regardless of how you treat it on the outside."  In other words, getting your skin producing more oil would depends mainly on a change from the internal - hormonal or biological change.

Try not to use cleanser more than twice a day because that will strip away all the oil that makes your skin look healthy and dewy. Try an oil-free acne wash such as the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, then follow up with a mild cleanser such as Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser ($11.99).

7 Ways to Healthy Looking Face

1) GIVE YOUR BROWS A LIFT     The perfect brow shape can make you look more awake and years younger. Keep the arch right above your pupil for the most natural look. A very classic trend that never goes wrong is to have thicker and straighter brows like Audrey Hepburn. Never over-tweezed! Skinny and archy eyebrows will add years to your face. I'd say go with your own natural brow-shape and pick out high-arch, round-arch or no-arch; whichever suits your face the best.

2) LASH-LASH     Want a more wide-eyed look? Try a lengthening mascara on the top lashes only, to make your eyes look more open and awake. Don't forget to curl them!

MAC lipstick in Shy Girl and blush in Tenderling

I was out on a hunt for a nude lipstick and blush, but I didn't want it to be "too" nude coz I usually just look "dead" without any color on my face. So, a nude lipstick but with a tint of some kind of soft-color would be nice.

There's no way that you can have pimples-free skin without washing your face with a cleanser at least once a day. There's no way that your skin condition will improve or be protected if you do not use your moisturizer and sunscreen daily.  Do, use facial masks every week! Yoon Eun Hye said that her secret to gorgeous skin is that, she just uses A LOT OF facial masks.

How to Measure Your Bra Size

Braless, hold your tape measure directly under your bust and measure around your chest. This number determine your band size.
  • If the number is odd, add 5
  • If the number is even, add 6
  • If the number is over 33', add 3
Next, hold your tape around the fullest part of your breasts to measure your cup size. Subtract your band size from your cup size, and if the difference is:
  • 0 = AA
  • 1 = A
  • 2 = B
  • 3 =C
  • 4 = D

Trench Coat the Timeless Piece

Burberry runway 2011

A designer trench coat may cost tons of money, but will last many years down the road and perhaps a lifetime. It is a trend-proof item, a piece of clothe that will never go out of fashion. It is classic and yet can be trendy if worn in the right season. (Of course, you can't expect to look "nice" wearing a trench coat around, when it's 90 degree Celsius hot outside)

Do You Have Dry Damaged Hair?

Do you have dry damaged hair? Here's a perfect treatment I have for you.

Mix extra virgin olive oil (the amount is up to your desire) with a few drops of frankincense or lavender essential oil. (Frandincense resin is used as one of the traditional medicines in Asia and is edible for digestion and healthy skin) But it is really optional to have the essential oil.

 Or

You can use the Organic Root Simulator Olive Oil sold at Walmart or at any drugstores for less than $7.

I would lightly rinse off my hair so that it can be clean before putting the mixture on. This way, you're washing away the dirt and leaving hair clean to better absorbed all the good nutrients. Spread the mixture onto wet hair and give it a little scalp massage for better blood circulation. Nutrients are better absorbed this way, too. Wear a shower cap to keep it in place. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then shampoo as usual.

If you want the mixture to be mixed really well, just leave it in a jar or cup at room temperature for a day before using it.

Did you also know that?

Did you also know that our Victoria Secret angel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and the super movie star Jennifer Aniston both use Moroccanoil to keep their hair healthy and effortless?

I have to personally check this out. Available at Ulta for $33
