You are Beautiful!


Do you feel guilty when you pay more attention to yourself?
Do you feel bad when you buy something nice for yourself?
Do you feel the urge of constantly trying to be nice to everyone?
Do you want to be loved? Do you need to be loved?
Do you feel lonely and betrayed when you do something nice for someone and they don't appreciate it?
And... face it: Do you try to change yourself, in some way or in any way to make people like you?



Each and everyone of us is unique. We all have 2 eyes, 1 nose and 1 mouth... yes, but the shape of our eyes, the bridge of our noses and the shape of our lips are different. We all have different facial features and jawlines. We're all unique!

Love yourself! Be yourself! Be true to yourself emotionally, mentally and physically (with common sense, of course!)




Write a Love Letter to yourself when you feel lonely, sad, betrayed, disappointed, etc.
Tell your heart how much you love it and that you'd never separate from it no matter what. You and your heart have been living with each other from the beginning and will continue to till the rest of your life.
Tell it that you'll promise to take care of it really good, through goods and bads. You will protect it from getting hurt no matter what because you two are 1. When your heart is sad, you cry. When your heart is happy, you smile. It reflects who you are!

Writing Love Letters to yourself can be a really good self-loved practice. Don't get me wrong! Self-loved isn't a selfish thing. It is highly recommended for people who needs to strengthen their self-esteem or often beat themselves up because they think they didn't do good enough. When you start to appreciate every little thing your heart and body are trying to do for you, you'll start to love them and never want to hurt them. You'd want to give them the best things in order for YOU to survive healthily and happy.

Believe in yourself and your guts! If your gut is telling you that you're doing something that you're not gonna be happy later, chances are that it is right! Listen to yourself - your heart - trust it and try not to override it every time.

Bottom line.... Love yourself! It is your heart, your consciousness, your conscience, your life, yourself! When you're laying on that bed about to say good bye to the world, who's gonna be by your side? Not your mom, not your husband, not your daughter/son, etc... They're just standing there, next to you.... not going with you! Yourself, your consciousness are the ones remaining with you till your last breath.

Strengthening your perspective by reading, exploring, and not afraid to try new things.
Make your heart big by donating, pay sympathy to the ones who are less fortunate, and do good deeds.
Give your body healthy food and excercise.
Give your face healthy skin care and choose what works best for your face. People may say whatever they want, green products and organic products are the BEST for your face. But if you're breaking out like crazy when using these products, then don't! Remember, choose what WORKS best not what is best for your face!
Take advises but not criticism!
Stay strong on your own ground, but be open at the same time.
Take pictures of yourself more often.
Believe that you're beautiful and you'll receive compliments!
