Tina's Verdict and Personal Experience:
Again, I've been using this brand and specifically this White Lucent line (before it was changed to White Lucent) for over some 8 years now and apart from the great cleanser, here comes the balancing softener. It is not a "must-have" but if you include it into your skincare regimen, you surely can see the difference in terms of skin clarity. It helps to prep skin to absorb better prior to applying serum or moisturizer.

Folks, I cannot tell you how much I love this toner! The Shiseido White Lucent Balancing Softening Toner is amazing in cleaning up any residues that are still left after you've washed your face. It also does a great job in balancing your skin condition, especially giving it a brightening effect! Here I am, back to Sephora, purchasing another bottle of toner because I've just run out of my last one. One bottle would usually last me about 6 months to a year, depending on how much you use it. My skin tone used to be very tan and dry, but through a consistent use of the Shiseido brand, I was able to improve my skin tone and condition.
